RELEASE--PROVISION--RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AGAINST OTHERS
By this release, releasor is releasing only [his or her] claims against releasee and those claiming under [him or her]. Releasor expressly reserves all rights, claims and causes of action that [he or she] may have against [name of joint tortfeasor or joint debtor], or against any other individual, organization or corporation, or their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors or assigns. In addition, releasor expressly reserves any right that [he or she] may have to proceed against any such other party.
